The minimum online order is AUD $1,000 per order, which is the total across all the currencies in the order, and the maximum total order value, including any 1 or more currencies, is the equivalent of AUD $9500 over a 24-hour period and a maximum aggregate value of AUD $20,000 over a rolling 21-day period. For any amount below AUD $1000 and above AUD $9500, please visit us in-store to purchase the currency.

YES. Regardless of the amount, you will be required to present an original and valid government-issued photo ID: a passport, a driver licence (car, motorcycle, boat or heavy vehicle) or a state-issued photo ID card. See Accepted Photo ID below for details.
For online order pick-up, you will need to present the original copy of the same ID you used to put the order.

-
Primary ID (required): an original and valid government-issued photo ID, which can be one of:
- A passport;
- A driver licence (car, motorcycle, boat or heavy vehicle);
- A state-issued photo ID card.
- Secondary ID: a Medicare card, concession card or bank card. We accept these only as supporting ID alongside your primary photo ID, never on their own, as they usually do not show your date of birth or address.
- Online orders: the online order form currently lets you select a passport or an Australian driver licence only. A state-issued photo ID card cannot be selected online, but you can present it when you buy at one of our counters. To collect an online order, bring the same ID you entered when you placed the order.
Most countries will require the declaration of large values of currency being taken in by arriving passengers whilst a few countries may impose restrictions on how much a passenger may carry into their country . There is a distinct difference between the requirement to declare on entry and a currency restriction.
If you are in doubt, we suggest that you seek advice from an official government website, embassy or consulate of the country or countries you may be visiting before placing your order.
